The Garage Door Guy sent us a text of who would be showing up and an approximate time and they showed up exactly as stated. The repair man, Will, was very courteous, polite, and worked quickly but efficiently. This is the second time we've used Garage Door Guy and will continue to use them. Great company! We will continue to recommend!
I called them out to just do some Pre-maintenance on my doors. Will did an inspection on both doors and made adjustments he thought were necessary. When he was done, he talked with me, answered any questions I had, and told me the condition of my doors. As for the company, I think they have great communication with their customers. The day before I got a text reminding me of my appointment. Then the morning of, another text telling me he was on his way with a picture of the technician, his name and a brief history of his experience in the industry. The text even had a link giving me the ability to track him and his arrival. Very well satisfied with the company as a whole and have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.
I am very impressed by this company. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the woman who answered the phone to the technicians that came to replace my garage door motor. The techs, Derek and Justin, were great at explaining everything and getting it all done efficiently. Derek even programmed my homelink system in my car for me before they left. Quick and painless torsion spring replacement. They showed up on time, and gave me three repair options with great explanations. When we agreed on the repair, the work was done super fast. Now my garage door works again and is even quieter than before.
