Nobody wants dirt and rain sweeping into their garage where they keep some of their most precious valuables. Unfortunately, this is what happens to most of our customers due to poor seals, resulting from a lack of garage door maintenance.
Perimeter seals are the vinyl or wood seals that surround the perimeter of your garage door. When closed, your door should press against these seals to seal out the elements. If you are seeing light around the edges of your garage door, you will want to look at replacing your perimeter seals.
The bottom seal is the rubber-like gasket that attaches to the bottom of your garage door. Your door when closed should seal along the bottom all the way across your garage floor.
If your seals need replaced, call Garage Door Guy for an estimate today.
